I keep asking what the name of their company is. All they’ll say is “The Vehicle Services Dept.”. Then I’m like “well that’s not a company name, that’s a department!” then they hang up.

I get these car warranty scams quite often - of course I never give them my actual make and model of car but whatever I come up with is never suitable for them. I do wonder what they expect of people. Complete scum.
