First called me with an unknown number, only to hang up a few seconds. I then got a voicemail from the number provided in regards to my vehicle’s extended warranty. Here’s the message in text form:
"Hi there, this is Alison and I was calling regarding your factory warranty on your vehicle. Um, we’ve actually called you several times and we’ve also sent mailers to your home, so I’m not quite sure why we haven’t heard back from you yet.
In any case, it’s important we speak to you today in order to keep your file open, so please call me at 1-888-238-5966, and please quote your very own reference number, 52673.
