On my first call, a guy answered as Walmart Customer Service, but then it seemed that he was cutting out because I could not hear him clearly. I asked, “Hello, Is this Walmart?” He then asked, “Can you hear me?” I replied, “Yes Sir, what is your first name?” He said nothing, but maybe he hung up or maybe the call dropped. I’m calling again and I will not ask for the first name if anybody answers.
Yes, on my second call a guy answered but I am unsure if it was the same guy on my first call. I spoke to him for a couple of minutes and then i played loudly through my external speakers of my laptop the recording that you posted where the criminal is angry and cussing with my call on my cell 'phone on speaker 'phone. At the end of the recording, the guy on my second call mumbled something and hung up.
I want to be cussed out! I will keep calling until I get cussed out or blocked!

Yes @just68me, I got one guy on a call who let loose on me with curse words. He was in a rage! I let him get it out of his system and then informed him calmly that is anger pleases us! I always like to use “we” and “us” so as to impress upon them that there are many of us and not just me.
On subsequent calls though, like @Freefall wrote, they are not engaging with me and are hanging up as soon as they recognize my voice or as soon as I start ridiculing and mocking them…
EDIT:
I conferenced a call to a guy on this Walmart number into a call to a guy at PayPal from a thread that @MajorLeeAwesome had created, and I told them, “Walmart scammer, speak to a PayPal scammer. PayPal scammer, speak to a Walmart scammer. You are in the same conference call!”

This one chode is yelling “Speak English!” to a foreign soundboard that has a clearer accent than his.

Haha, you would think all criminals would be thick-skinned, but some of these criminals are quite entitled and are very thin-skinned!
I conferenced into one conference call two calls to this same (402) 909-0894 number. I told both of 'em to speak to each other. “You work together, you criminals. Speak to one another!” One guy on my fist call was saying to me repeatedly, “Can you speak English? Can you speak English?” (I guess he wanted to mock my midwestern pronunciation of English. This is funny since English is obviously NOT his native tongue.)
When I’d conferenced the second call to this same 'phone number, the second guy sounded tired or very lazy or maybe drunk, and I could not really understand him BUT I could hear the first guy continue to ask, “Can you speak English? Can you speak English?” I said loudly to the second guy on the conference call, “Your criminal colleague is asking if you can speak English? Why are you not answering your criminal colleague? Are you both sucking each other’s c@cks! Remove each other’s di@k from each of your mouths and speak to each other!”
Eventually each of 'em hung up each of the two calls.
Ha! That is hilarious, @Ronin33x! The foreign soundboard voice can enunciate in English better than the human criminal can enunciate in English!

So they have a couple numbers in each of two blocks basically.
I am gonna check out these new numbers since they are not answering or very wary on the (402) 909-0894 number.

Yep @Sol, I have gotten answers on all of the numbers but mostly now they answer and hang up immediately, or they answer and after 5 or 7 seconds of hearing me they hang up.

(402) 909-0939 — I am on call now. It is Investigation Department of Social Security! Suspicious activity in San Antonio, Texas. Oh noooooooooooooooooooooooo! Oh no, @Sol! This guy’s accent is thick.

I was on that call with the Investigation Department of the Social Security Administration for about one hour. It was the same ol’ spiel. The guy was surprised when I broke character and unloaded a slew of nasty and uncouth insults at him.
That was fun!
Well, I gotta get goin’ on scrounging up something to eat.
