They sure are getting angry, especially since they don’t have the ability to block numbers

I am formally contacting your establishment in response to a recently received telephonic notification alleging the surreptitious procurement of a Sony PlayStation 5 and an accompanying three-dimensional immersive cranial-acoustic apparatus through my account, and I seek immediate elucidation regarding this purported transactional anomaly, are you able to assist?”

You know, this is one of those call centers whose script says to ask " And when did you receive this message?"
In more than a decade of scam baiting, I always ask what difference that would make, and not one scammer has ever been able to answer that question.
Like, if there were fraud on my account, why would it matter if it was 2 seconds ago, 2 minutes ago or 2 hours ago?

It’s like asking how old your computer is..like that makes a difference. Are thy evaluating the speed of your processor or which version of Windows or IOS you’re using. I guess they think it makes them look like they’re digging deep for troubleshooting purposes
