RingCentral, “this side Sarah” answered as “Customer Service for Walmart” and falsely claimed two additional orders were made: one for an iPhone and one for an iPad, and that my email was logged in from California and Texas.

  • In order to “cancel,” I was asked to “connect to the Walmart Secure Server” by “opening the Google Chrome” and downloading support.me (Code: 581593/Sarah Lewis).
  • Once she remotely connected to my virtual machine, she ran msinfo32 to check if I was using a VM, and she told me to never call the number again.
