Creating a new thread because this group is NOT checking names against the number, they are just going ahead with the scam. Claims of a ‘business account’, the number was found on validnumber with the following legend: “$2499 has been placed on a Walmart account registered with your name and account details. We have flagged this transaction as suspicious, and we would like to confirm this order. If you did not authorize this purchase, please press one now to speak with the Walmart representative immediately. Once again, the pre-authorized purchase of $2499 has been placed on a Walmart account registered with your name and account details. If you did not authorize this purchase, please press one now to speak with our representative or call us immediately on our direct number.”
