Additional information about this scam: Found both on validnumber, they are answering as “investigation department”.
“Caller was an automated voice stating that my credit card was used to purchase a PlayStation for $1200 and to call back at the number provided (same as caller ID) to verify. I called back and hung up after someone answered. Received a rapid call back (RED FLAG). Researched number, made store and corporate calls - no help. blacked number and report fraud alert.”
AND
“They left message said I bought stuff from Walmart total $1537.35 which consisted from PlayStation Bundle.i have not bought anything. I check my account and no orders . I deleted my account anyways. The message was to call them and I did not. I think this is just a land line and scam and the number came from was 385-323-9422”
