Center making robocalls, they are very sus so I think they are checking the numbers.
If you do want to bait them, treat this call as an incoming call. The call comes in as a notification for a PlayStation purchase, and press 1 to talk to an agent.
For the first time to my knowledge, I just now called this toll-free number. It rang quite a few times and then the ringing stopped. There was no voicemail. The call just seemed to end.
I’m trying again for the second time from a different phone number of mine. Yes, a guy answered as Walmart! I asked and he said his name is Alex. He’s on call now.
I got a rare “good” scammer! He said the charge has been erased and I can hang up. If he does that to every old person, then he is definitely an angel.
