For the first time I just now called. A guy answered as Walmart Support Center or something to that effect. He had a foreign accent. But just as I was about to speak on the call to him, the noise in the background became quite loud and then the call dropped or ended for whatever reason. I did not hang up the call.

The errors and lack of punctuation marks in the written communication of these criminals are ridiculous. The following verbiage is an example:

I’m gonna try again now.

Answered as Amazon.
Connected me to my non-existent Wells Fargo bank.
Money laundering and drug trafficking…

Damn me! On my second call, a guy answered as Walmart. I could hear his criminal colleagues in the background. I said, 'Hello Sir, what is your first name?" He immediately asked me for my name. I gave him a first and last name for myself and asked again, “What is your first name, Sir?” Either he HUNG UP or the call dropped.

Okay, I will call again for the 3rd time and I will NOT be so AUDACIOUS as to inquire what the FIRST name is of whoever answers. Do these criminals in their own language not have a phrase that translates to the English phrase CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS?

Not picking up for me at all from any number.

I got through twice, now they aren’t answering for me either

I’m on call now. I called for the third time.
A guy answered only as Customer Service.
I did NOT ask his first name.
I said I did not place the order and I read the text msg that @Sol kindly posted.
He asked my name and zip code.
I gave for my name Pavol Kapusta and explained in a long-winded manner that it is from the Slovak language and Pavol is Paul in English. I explained that my last name Kapusta means in English Cabbage.

He started getting impatient, so I stopped my spiel about what my name means in English.

He said, “Okay Paul Cabbage, I will put you on hold for a couple of minutes and check on it.”

Wait, either he hung up just now or the call dropped.

What is the problem with these lazy bones?

Are they spooked? Have they had enough of being baited and/or verbally abused?

They are really short tempered. I wonder why. Could it be something I said???

So at 12:41 pm Central today, I AGAIN called this number.
A guy answered as Customer Support.
He asked my name. I replied, “Jonathon Jenkins, but you can call me JJ like everyone else does.”
I told him I did NOT make the order.
He asked me if I have an AMAZON account and I said, “Yes.”
He asked when I last made a purchase on Amazon. I said this year in January or February.

He asked, “Do you have a bank card on your Amazon account.”
Yes, I have a credit card.

With what financial instution is your credit card?
It is with Wells Fargo.

He said he sees on my account THREE credit cards, one from Wells Fargo, another from PNC bank, and another from U.S. Bank.
I said the only credit card on the account is the Wells Fargo credit card.

He said he’d look into it and asked if I could wait a couple of minutes.
I replied, “Sure, no problem.”

Then the call either DROPPED or he hung up.

Today I am having problems keeping a criminal on a phone call!

The problem is that I am not harassing, mocking, ridiculing and verbally assaulting the criminals immediately when they answer! I try to play along with them but for some reason they get suspicious of me or become spooked.

YES, a guy answered my next call and I immediately mocked him and insulted him. He muttered something and hung up. I’m going into my “HARASSING” mode and will continue to mess with this number as long as they do not block me.

I was on with these crooks for over 15 minutes. Amazon found hacking of my account and they forwarded me to Chase support.

Had a weird Chinese / Vietnamese accent. Listed to the audio
