It says Amazon Prime on website but when called got a prompt for Walmart $100 free gift card.
Took a bit to get through. Once they picked up it sounded like a busy call center.
Not sure of the origin maybe Jamaica?

robin answer, wasted an hour of his life 
Called this one. Guy that answered sounded American or spoke very good english. He caught on to my fake old man voice and transferred me to some kind of lavender oil automated system
some guy was delighted that I gave him a coffee break
