I’ve reported so many of these advertisers to Google, yet every day I see them posting fake popups.

Carrier: RingCentral
Call Center Location: India
Answers as: “Customer Suppoat” for the “Windows Technical Suppoat Department”
Technicians: “Blake” and “Peter/Richard Jones (MIC40792)/David Peck”
Falsely Claims: Microsoft account accessed in Ohio, Mexico, Pennsylvania, Florida and New York.
Also impersonates: Bank, Federal Bureau of Investigation
Remote Access Software: None

“Blake” refused to “Suppoat” after I refused to power off my virtual machine for their “security protocol,” so I called back and had “Peter” run a “security scan” and provide his personal TextNow number (425) 434-1481.

“Peter” then falsely claimed my IP address was hacked and my banking wasn’t secure, prompting him to “install securities on my IP address,” reintroduce himself as “Richard Jones” and have me call him back on his TextNow line.
“Richard” then asked me to provide the toll-free number of my fake bank, so I gave him the number for the 24/7 Lenny line.
“Richard” then posed as “David Peck,” a representative for my bank and asked for my zip code and THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER before “running a security scan” on my fake bank account.
As the call was dropped, I called “David” back and he falsely claimed there was a pre-authorized $6,200 transaction for worldpoker.net, which can only be stopped by withdrawing $8,000 from my account. I know the bait would end there, so I blasted his ears with the bhenchod song.

VRM Pitta Private Limited is a fraudulent digital advertising agency that is listed on Google Maps as operating out of Flat No 501, Street No 5, Survey of India Colony Khanmet Village, Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Telangana 500081, India. The company also falsely claims to operate from 30 N Gould St STE R Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 and 1-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
