Webroot firewall and CCleaner and sold me a lifetime transferable VPN all of which were fraudulent. I am computer ignorant and very gullible and gave them everything they wanted. Luckily I was able to contact the owner of one of the companies that the hacker represented and they sent me a cashiers check for the money I was dupped out of. I’m waiting for it to clear. The installations were removed and I took my computer to a technician to scan and remove the stuff I didn’t know about. All I do is shop and play a few games. And I’m too trusting.
