Recently, we’ve been starting to see a few scam numbers being carried by Innovate Voice, LLC, a telecommunications company that specializes in PBX and VoIP services that falsely claims to operate from London, England according to their website. The company is also listed on Bizapedia as operating out of St. Petersburg, Florida since May 13, 2024, albeit under the address of their registered agent from Registered Agents, Inc.
After some thorough research into the company, I was able to identify their director, developer and co-founder as Amit Lyer from Delhi, India, who also currently serves as the Co-Founder of AMA Global Solutions, a fraudulent HR service that falsely claims to operate from Sheridan, Wyoming and a freelance IT Sales Executive from VocoVox Communication Private Limited,, a Singaporean front for VoiceTouch InfoTech Private Limited that operates from the 5th floor of the Titanium Heights corporate office at 2G64+FJJ, Corporate Rd, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, India.
I don’t think innovatevoice.com is related here apart from having the same name. I believe they are still all provided by 800TFN LLC (so no change they’ve been providing large swathes of numbers in tech pops in recent times) 800TFN LLC has just changed their name to Innovate Voice LLC.
I have conducted some further research into this development and found that while some 800TollFreeNow numbers we reported in the past are now being carried by Innovate Voice, LLC, I have found that 800TollFreeNow, the company, is still in operation.
I will still keep a close eye on our carrier lookups to see if what you’re saying is in fact true, but I personally believe that Innovate Voice is a completely separate entity from 800TollFreeNow.
Just got a word in from my fellow carrier reporters, and they have concluded that Somos may have ordered 800TollFreeNow and, by extension, DIPVTEL, to release their numbers. Some of the older 800TollFreeNow numbers we’ve reported in the past are now being carried by InnovateVoice and Call Haven Partners, LLC.
As such, I can conclude that InnovateVoice is a completely separate entity from 800TollFreeNow.
Isn’t Call Haven Partner’s one of those companies that pick up recently released TFNs in the hope that people call so they can serve you an “advert”. A misdial operator I think it’s called. What are on those old 800TFN now? I expect it’s those dodgy “are you over 50?” or “You’ve been selected for a $100 walmart gift card”
I think it’s more likely 800TFN just released those old scam numbers.
This is a little off the original topic but I think related.
Knot Networks seem to have also changed their name semi-recently to “Freedom Call Services”. Probably not a coincident. I think these guys are trying to confuse us. Just like what is happening now.
Limited number of Knot Network numbers around but this one is 4 months old and was provided by them back in May.

Could you provide examples of the numbers reported? We’re also seeing the DIPVTEL disconnection message on some Innovate voice numbers but they haven’t responded to us.
How did you report the numbers? Was it via email or the DIPVTEL webform?
I had to censor the 866 number as it now appears to belong to a realty firm. The 727 number is a valid Verizon line belonging to Ricky J. Keele, according to Numlookup.
After searching for Keele on truepeoplesearch.com, I can also confirm that he was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after being part of an alleged cybercrime ring that
Made false statements to obtain computer and telecommunications equipment, services for said equipment and office space
Operated shell companies, using fake identities and establishing PO Boxes, commercial remailer services, shell offices and apartments to hide the true identities of the owners.
Keele was charged with the conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and was sentenced to 24 months in prison and a fine of $3,691,102.70 after helping Matthew Norman Simpson dispose of, transfer and conceal a $1,500,000 cashier’s check from Citizens Bank of Texas to prevent the funds from being seized by the government. Keele appealed the decision to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, but the appeal was dismissed due to his rights being waived in the guilty plea.
