Go to the windows key, hold shift while clicking on restart, then go into troubleshoot options, then click on UEFI Firmware Settings (assuming you have a UEFI bios). Then in your bios, find Intel Virtualization or Intel VT-x and enable it, then restart back into windows.
(Also next time, posts like this should be posted in the General Discussion category, since it doesn’t have information about a tech support scam)
