An uncle of mine recently got convinced to get ‘tech support’ through a random add on Facebook. The only website they linked to him was an about.me (Viztec corp - Herndon, Virginia | about.me). Their website itself is down. Looks like it used to be a different kind of scam, but they had to change to Facebook (probably once people started catching on).
They contacted him through a few spoofed numbers, but the one solid number we got is as follows:

Their whole thing is claiming to be facebook support. They have a secondary scam where they tell you that you've won money, which my uncle found out about by searching the phone number via Facebook. He asked them about it, they claimed they didn't know anything about winning money, but then called him back later and said 'actually yes, we do give out prizes', so it seems like it might be two scams in one (if not more). Connected to his computer through Supremo. That's about all we know about the situation!
