As we all know VISA is issued from various banks and financial institutions. I received a call at 11:36 EDT today and showed as SPAM. I looked the number up after and it shows as a VISA scam as well offering 0% APR. When you call, the phone sounds pretty convincing until you get told it is a benefit center located in the Phillipines and it is not VISA but THE VISA, etc. You are asked numerous times for your VISA number - when you ask which one you are told any of them. And they are definitely 100% reading from a script - 800-847-2911. I just hit 0# twice and got someone

I think scammers spoofed the number and are doing outbound calls. I deleted the thread because most people here are not reading the thread properly and would call up the number and reach the real VISA.
