Virtualphone.com gives free phone numbers all over the earth in at least every country for free.
My issue is:
I did it once, I have a phone number and let’s me call other everywhere they r for free.
I changed IP, I tried to create a new account and it says I am inelligible.
I have put as data (when I was accepted) my phone number from callcentric.
Any ideas what can I do?

You don’t need to clear your search history, only cookies in some cases.
Incognito mode has cookies disabled, doesn’t it?
cause the website after many changes of IP still rejects my new registrations!
