I haven’t got the time to confirm yet. But there are some signs are very suspicious.
I could be wrong… maybe the site owner is just very very careless…
More than likely they have already been discovered and their numbers targeted to the point they removed them. Neither web site seems to have hired a good web master and I would bet they had changed info often to try to elude those out to connect them to scamming. My guess is they had a different address and the web master got incorrect info about the change.
The current address they have on every page is 94 Leacresh St. Brampton, Ontario, L6S3K6, Canada (house)
Searching that address I found a real estate appraisal company that also has a very poor website and has a phone number.

There doesn’t seem to be anything to suggest scamming or even shady beyond the poor websites. It is possible one of the Brokers is behind the shady websites, but I haven’t found a connection yet. More than likely the suspected scammers from those two websites are merely using a false address and possibly know someone from the Brokerage.
Ah yes, that 2nd store sells printers that are like $10 off and antivirus programs that are ~75% off.
