im not sure how they operate but i do know theyre not legitimate. if you ask the company name, all they say is account management. if you call back saying you got a missed call from them, they claim they cant help you since you didnt pick up the phone. i just wanted to try and confirm whether or not theyre a legitimate bill collection

and if it’s a bill collection agency, they’ll send you a letter in the post. They dont usually cold call.
