Very aggressive and intimidating identity theft company

VPNcity.com. They have 2 Suspicious addresses a very intimidating advertisement especially to an elderly or unsuspecting person. They have a 24/7 chat line I asked many many times for a phone number they say they don’t have one Sounded suspicious to me I spoke with two people Andrea and John John didn’t like my great grandmother stern language (young man) but I was still interested in purchasing a program. They constantly asked for my email. I said they already had it They did contact me through email John ended our conversation without saying goodbye. I don’t understand why!!! I did ask Andrea if she was a scammer. She said she was not, but could understand my CONCERN. If anyone would like to dig into this very trustworthy company who will protect you with their life Go for it. They only want to help :sunglasses:. trust us even though we don’t have a phone number.

@Jmicheleuk#93535 many of these VPN companies don’t have a phone number and/or are registered companies in Hongkong and Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and other places which are usually not cooperating with other countries’ law enforcement to protect user data.

Even big players like PureVPN don’t have a phone number and their business is also registered in Hongkong aswell: https://www.purevpn.com/

That they asked for your email address may be because you were contacting them through the chat I assume? Then obviously they don’t know who you are and they were asking for the email address to send you email promotion or to check if you already have an account with them. Nothing to spooky in my opinion.

I don't know if this VPN provider is legit or not but based on your statements I don't think it's possible to draw conclusions about their legitimacy...
