“ I was called by a person named Sean Jackson who says with the United States postal service and that I want to sweepstakes and I won a bunch of money in a car. I knew it was a scam from the beginning but played along with it as he had me right down fake numbers for a package that would have a check and a VIN for the car that I won. I had a pressing issue I had to deal with so I had to hang up on him but I kept him on the line for about 20 minutes to waste his time. Here apoeared to try to hide either a Jamaican or African accent”
