Message arrived this morning with a subject line of ‘Venmo Alert’. No order number or other details. He got really mad when I kept asking for clarification on exactly what ‘personal information’ he wanted to know if I shared with anyone else.

Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, I was asked to first change the password for my computer before having me fill out a “PayPal Cancellation & Refund Form” and logging into my nonexistent bank account.

• The bhenchod then attempted to initiate a transfer from my checking account. which was actually him using “inspect element” to try and make it look line I received a refund of $5,000, though I messed with him by typing what he wanted me to type verbatim, and he refused to “suppoat” after calling me a “madarchod.”
