The (808) 201-7742 number is angry as hell! I’m calling from six numbers and they are threatening my life :joy::joy:

Awesome!

Keep the pressure on. Numbers are shutting down and these chimps are losing it. Namaste

Scammer’s Number: Amazon (860) 256-4628
Additional info: via findwhocallsyou, it is a text message “Your card has been charged for $1199 against your purchase of Sony Bravia X90J for Order id #******” at AMAZON on[ 13-11-2021.

At 2:07 pm Central I called 860 256 4628 and spoke to “Michael” at Amazon … I tried with my natural voice to sound old (and rural hick accent), so my grandson left me a note about him gettin’ a texting message or whatever it is called that there was an order on the Amazon a/c of me and him for $1,199 for some Sonia Bravia thing, and I do not even know what that is, what is a Sonia Bravia. Oh, a tv … No, I didn’t order no television. He wanted to send me a confirmation text to my cell phone … Na, I don’t have no mobile phone. I have an ol’ landline number for some 55 years or so. Did my grandson order the tv? No, he ain’t ordered no dabgumb tv. Last time I had him order on my Amazon account was 3 months ago when he ordered me some hemorrhoid cream, but I got that delivery thankfully.

During our conversation, sometimes I could not hear anything and would ask, “Anybody there? I can’t hear nuttin’.” Then I could hear him. I do not know if he was muting or if maybe his words were cutting in and our for whatever reason.

Anyway, after about 15 minutes the call dropped or he hung up without saying anything. I never got far enough to see to what website he wanted me to go for remote connection or to gift cards, et cetera.

I’m goin’ back in!

Your description is so vivid! I could almost see ol’ grandpa describing the hemorrhoid cream and the 55 year old land-line, thanks for that!!! you rock!

BTW, they were very skittish with me also, they hung up on me several times.

Whoa … I was on my TextNow number during that call, and now I see that during the call, I guess before I told him “I ain’t got no mobile phone” I got a Text message to my TextNow number from 262966 at 2:10 pm Central and it says the following:

472458 is your Amazon OTP. Do not share it with anyone.

Haha, I’ve already shared it.

Oh shit! If there’s an Amazon account tied to that TextNow number, they will change the password :worried:

Callback number of “Michael” at Amazon: (206) 249-9498 (I am guess it is a TextNow number.)

So I called 860 256 4628 for a 2nd time and Michael answered! I recognized his voice. So I said that the damned phone calls just stopped, just outright hung up. He said, "I’m sorry, Sir. The line must have dropped. He seemed to recognize my voice too. So I reminded him that my grandson left me a note about some $1,199, and we did not make that charge, I ain’t got that kinda money, I can afford hemorrhoid cream but I can’t afford no fancy-shmancy Bravia TV.

They are not trying to connect remotely. This is that stupid “Amazon Security Card” scam. It is a “anti-hacking” card. Is there a Target or CVS near me. Yeah, in the bigger town next to this village. (Yes, I actually used the word “village.”)

Anyway, I need to go to CVS to get a Target card for $100.00 and they will reimburse me. I said, “I thought you said I need to get some Amazon Security Card.” He said a Target card is the same thing as an Amazon Security Card. Dumbass! Anyway, since I have no mobile phone, I am gonna call him back at his callback number (206) 249-9498. I’m guessing it is a TextNow number.

Scammer’s Number: Norton 815-365-8621, 501-290-6241
Additional info: via findwhocallsyou, no order info. David wanted to use teambeaver, callback 501-290-6241.

While waiting to call back on my landline Michael at Amazon when I get back from driving to CVS to buy a $100 Target card, I called the Norton scam number 815 365 8621 and a guy answered warily, “Hello” and I said “Yes, I am calling Norton. Is this Norton?” He said, “Yes, this is Norton”. I said, “You did not answer the phone professionally. Did they not teach you in Orientation to answer the phone with good customer service skills in a professional manner?” He just hung up without saying anything.

I think that these Norton criminals might be enduring harassment and baiting. @Sol, you would not have anything to do with their wariness and skittishness, would you?" :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’m callin’ back these Norton folks!

Oh my!
I would not know anything about that!!! @Hviezdoslav :innocent: :innocent:

RE: Norton Scam Number ‪(815) 365-8621‬ … I called back at least 6 or 7 times and my calls were answered, but it seemed like more than one guy was answerin’, and we had cussin’ matches with each other, and of course they eventually hung up after ordering me to STOP CALLING! They do not possess fortitude. Then I called yet again and the 815 365 8621 is a TEXTNOW number because I got the TextNow msg machine.

I’m gonna try the other Norton scam numbers you posted, @Sol.

Doing God’s work!!!
