@lynzis#1620 Persistence pays off. You need to say you are looking to get a confirmation number. You received a call for a vacation deal or checked out their web site. You may not get far, but keep calling and they pick up more often than not.
I received one of my bi-weekly robocalls on my cell phone at dinner tonight. Please help! The robocall offers a promotion from a “major resort, airline, or travel website.” They use real well known business names in their promo. They then ask you to press 1 if you are interested. Next the operator picks up and asks if you are over thirty. They then transfer you to the Amazing Blue Vacations or whatever they are calling themselves that night. After the vacation package spiel, they will ask you for your credit card number and email. Once they run the card they will ask you for your email to send a confirmation number. I believe the confirmation number starts with 2 letters, followed by 4 numbers.
FYI he used the I know who you are approach…yet when I asked in depth computer questions he stated…I will not answer…lol I kept asking for a six digit code…even thought its a vacation scamm…lol
Lol the amazingbluevacations and scapetovacations numbers redirect me to some dude the get’s so fucking pissed off.
First time i called him "Why the fuck you call my number doooood!?"
Second time (with the other number that also redirects me to his number) "Stop calling my fucking number dooood!!"
