They are in quantra roo mexico and yucatan mexico, you can find there physical locations and whatsapp numbers on local mexican job posting websites. You can find the names of workers and their bosses/phone numbers from job sites there. Their big bosses who sell them the numbers and sim cards are in USA.

They send phishing emails, call, and spread malware. Additionally they make threats, scam and steal identities and credit cards. There are no certificate numbers and you cannot obtain one from calling their sales department. There are reviews of the companies online from employees who state they were told to forge documents to make transactions against credit cards and victims they call.
