This is a long scambait. They try to syskey it twice. I convinced them to send me a Paypal link to make the order and reported them. The company is listed as being closed down, but I guess they’re still using their bank accounts to process payments.

The female scammer had Delhi college girl’s accent. So they are from Delhi. Her name is “Neha” as see from your Teamviewer screen. “Neha” is common female name in Delhi.
The scam is run by Punjabi husband and wife:
