Additional information about this scam: there is a “Security Check” “I’m Not a Robot” then you are led to a very legit looking USPS site. It is quite functional. Honestly if I did not have informed delivery already I would have been calling the post office to gripe at them since we’ve been having issues recently.
When you get past the “security check” you are inside of a payment screen for payment of your undeliverable package. They need .3 cent to redeliver your mail to you. If you browse around the site it all seems really legit. It’s very believable and very thorough.
