The page checks for browser user agent and redirects to the official USPS site unless a mobile browser is indicated. Then it asks for name, address and phone number (Elmer Fudde at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW to the rescue!). Then it claims that the USPS must charge a $0.30 processing fee to deliver the package. I tried entering some pseudorandom credit card numbers from fakenamegenerator.com but it seems to actually validate the card/CVV/expiration info and refuses to proceed.

So it’s probably a lead generator for more lucrative scams that expect to net more than thirty cents. Find the gullible marks. That’s just my guess.

A bunch of similar-looking phishing domains seem to be hosted on the same IP address.

Very elaborated scam.

Super common scam close to the body of the customs scam
