Voicemail left 2021.05.17 at 21:40 Eastern Time. Instructions were to "press 1 call on same number. I repeat, press 1 now" in order to speak to a representative. No details other than vague "urgent news from Social Security Administration."

The phone number maps to eastern New Hampshire, USA. The prior owner of the phone number targeted by these scammers is either "Raoul" or "Barbara", older and politically active people (liberal). The targeted phone number also begins +1603918\*\*\*\*

Sadly, I now have Raoul and Barbara's number. I do not know Raoul or Barbara. Their names are known to me through previous scam calls. I know little about scam baiting. If anyone takes this on, you have my appreciation and I wish you good luck.
