Additional information about this scam: Typical tech support scam, but takes VISA credit card and has operated a 1-888 number for several months. Exploited an elderly person who was searching for printer drivers, connected via remote access software, claimed csrss.exe was a trojan and stopped windows services were a problem. Charged $280 for cleaning the system. VISA has so far failed to issue a chargeback - 3 months after we filed a claim. Continued to call months later trying to upsell services. 1-888 number still works. How do they get away with this for so long?
Not the first time I’ve seen scammers falsely claim the Client/Server Runtime SubSystem component was a “virus,” and probably won’t be my last.

@NullRoute the image you have is what you called USDigiCare. Did they call themselves that too? usdigicare.online was posted here: Fake HP printer setup support 888-400-3911 - #5 by ElmerFudde2020
Yes, the invoice says “US DIGI CARE, PRINTER AND NETWORK SECURITY SERVER”, and the credit card charge appeared as “US Digi Care 18883299880 NJ”. I guess probably the same actor, but hard to say right?
It’s not only USDigiCare, even though this made me start to trace them. I have also seen these people on similar IP ranges. I think everything I’ve found points to these people all being one connected group. There’s also something else I’ve seen with these groups and a common live chat profile.
