US based Tech Support Scammers

Hello scam-baiters, hope you’re all well. Can I please have some more US phone numbers for 24 hour tech support scammers? I’m located in Australia, but I have an app that allows me to make free calls to the US and Canada. Thanks, your help would be greatly appreciated!

the app is called FireRTC im sure we all use it (im in australia too :D)

@Eviltaco799#26232 American authorities don’t do much. Here is why:

  1. FBI/FCC/FTC monitor scammers, but encounter the same deflection tactics we do. Many of the of the scammers operate just within the bounds of the law.

  • 2.

State attorney general are the best consumer advocates available to take on scammers. They don’t. Because scamming in Florida and other states is such a large industry, it would be a huge blow to their economy and would expose their complacency.

  • 3.

Local law enforcement will act if a crime has been committed and money is stolen. Often times they cannot find the true identity of the thief and do not get far in their investigation.

  • 4.

Filing a civil claim against scammers is the best approach. However, filing is costly and it is just about impossible to identify the scammer. And unless they stole your money, you cannot expect a big judgement. It is just not worth it. I think a class action lawsuit against the telecom carriers is the best avenue. But you need a good lawyer to put that case together!
