Just a quick idea i had: if a phishing or similar URL is posted and a new discusion is created with the exact same URL again, inform the person on entering the link that is is already known to avoid the same site coming up multiple times and avoid confusion.
My questions are: would this be
a) usefull ?
b) possible ?
c) is redundancy actually an issue ?
