That’s Google’s IP. Look closely at the IP address lookup.
I emailed them asking if it was too late to claim the fund and also signed up the email for the standard gay porn, Scientology and political newsletters.

I realized that, damn they good at IP Spoofing.

It’s not spoofing - it’s intentional in the way Gmail is designed. It’s designed to not expose the customer’s IP address.
It seems ridiculous, but they usually encounter “unique” people in the course of their job.
