So I’ve been getting this message lately (4 of them over 2 weeks) : “Gas Service Fortem will be attending your property tomorrow between 08:00 - 13:00. Please call 08000853449 if this is not suitable quoting 7293860/1”. They are all the same message by the way. I haven’t responded or called yet and I just wanted somebody to check it out.

If you go and call it then please reply and tell me what happened, tomorrow I can call it myself.

But I'm not sure if that account BBC_Help is actually legit. It does not have a checkmark like official accounts have and it has not many followers.
Did you or your landlord call the city council?

Crap! Sorry for not responding. I’ve not been on this website for a few days. No, we haven’t. BUT, found some sites that have it down as a scam number so I’m sure it’s fine. The same message has been spammed to be 50+ times in the last 3 months so I doubt it’s real regardless, thanks for your effort, I really appreciate it.
