The number belongs now to Customer Support | Liberty Mutual So yeah i guess they aren’t a scam.
The woman speaking was 100% american

Seems to me that it uses some sort of call queuing where it rings multiple extensions at once, this could possible be extensions in different call centers, or different numbers all together. It seems this would be much more likely than one company doing all of this.
Yes, these are different call centers with different scams. Especially Royal Seas cruises which is well known on its own. But who is responsible for the queue transfers? It has to be a lead generator who controls the number or some other mysterious third party. Is it possible they are intercepting calls using a Liberty Mutual line? The scammers pay for the live transfers (calls in the queue) even if there is no robot or person who initially answers.

@myjackcity#22969 It could be, I’ve also seen several scammers selling “BPO” which is essentially calls that are redirected. They make full businesses of this and the way they work seems to fit the bill here.
