United Software Associates, LLC, an Indian scam call center

Scam Number: 855-808-5508
Scammer’s Website or Email: HP Printer Software

Additional information about this scam: Misleading Google search ads by “Revive Exim LLP” https://adstransparency.google.com/advertiser/AR09118789909614690305?origin=ata&region=US lead to this site, Printer | Hassle-Free Printer Rental Services for Home & Office , which links to the fake driver installation/error site above.

I spoke to a few technicians but they would not help by verifying their favorite colors.

The number 855-808-5508 is advertised here: https://unitedsoftwares.net/ , a “digital marketing agency.”

On the same IP address as connectsafeease.com, a few cookie-cutter websites:

@ElmerFudde2020 Hi, I am from United Software, Can you please tell me why have you put our website and number here? have you been scammed by our company? We don’t deal with any printer or wifi services, or anything related to this even none of these websites are belongs to us. We are a Digital Marketing Agency, provides only digital marketing services. I don’t understand why our number is published here. we are getting back to back spam calls because of this. Because of such fake calls we are missing actual calls from our customers.

@UnitedSoftware, your company was listed as your website shares the same toll-free number as the printer scam popup. I did call the Telnyx line and got ahold of “Jerry,” who initially refused to provide the company name and instead introduced himself as a Google partner.

However, upon a closer look of your company website, I was able to find a significant red flag as your company falsely claims to operate out of 8 the Green, Dover, Delaware, 19901, an address belonging to a registered agent service that is tied to other fraudulent entities such as

  • Dial Vista Corp., an American front for Dial Vista Private Limited that facilitated scam robocalls
  • Shop Software Keys, LLC, a racist tech support scam organization that also does business as Software Discount USA, LLC
  • Telcast Netwrok, LLC, a Pakistani company that carried scam numbers on behalf of companies like Merkavoix Private Limited

Your company clearly doesn’t operate out of the aforementioned address, nor your “regional office” in Chicago, as all of your employees on your LinkedIn profile operate out of India, and I know you even took it a step further by registering an account on our forum with the use of a VPN.

Also, your company claims to help with Google Business listings, but all you’re really certified in is search ads

Sir, Whatever you are saying is correct, We are getting such calls since last 15 days now and people are claiming that they were talking to someone from the same number but we never provide such services. we only provide Digital Marketing Services which includes, Google Business profile management / Google Ads Management / Website Designing & SEO Services. We have many clients from USA and canada. Yes we have registered company in Delaware, USA. I can’t comment about other companies registered on the same address. may be our registered agent is using the same address for all companies but i can assure you that we have nothing do with this scam. Please stop calling us we are not able to handle our existing customer’s queries. we are a small company with limited staff to attend calls. We are a Legitimate Google Business Manager Agency, Since there is no certification on this, so i cannot provide you the proof of this but we have nothing to do with mentioned printer thing. I am attaching the screenshot of My Agency’s Google Business Manager. I shall delete it later on.

You are open to do anything related to this Printer Scam, but please remove our number and website from here.

As much as I understand your concerns, I have also recently uncovered several anomalies with your business operations, including:

Yes we use American alias names because it’s easier for American Customers to understand easily, and it is global practice so minimize and every single customer understands this that they are connected to Indian. Websites you have mentioned refers to the same services which i told you. i don’t think it’s a scam. Sir tell me one thing. Can’t a business have multiple websites for marketing purpose? yes we do have multiple websites for marketing but that doesn’t mean its a scam. we do buy domain with keywords so that we can get traffic in cheaper price. DO you really think a business can survive by offering $199 website and spend almost same amount of money on advertisement? Wordpress Doesn’t have development team, they outsource all development and designing work to other agencies. we are also in process of becoming a wordpress pro agency. I seriously don’t understand above measure can be pointing us as scammer. This is bad.

You guys are doing great job by exposing scams but point anyone scammer just because you are suspecious on it, is not good. it takes years to build an image and you are ruining it and also making fun of it by calling again on number and pranking with sales staff. I am not sure how it is jusfified.

Not really a good excuse, as we have dealt with many Indian scam organizations that use American aliases to deceive elderly victims into thinking they were receiving “support” from a fellow American

As far as I’m aware, Google and WordPress are completely separate companies that offer completely separate services. Also, I just ran your website through the Wayback Machine (web.archive.org) and found several snapshots from 2024 and 2025 that shows your company falsely claiming to provide “suppoat” for antivirus and printers until December 6, 2025 at the earliest.

Sir, again you are taking the entire conversation into a different direction, have you seen anything related to Printer Support on wayback machines on previou version of website? Answer is, No.

there were only hardware and software which we used to sell in contract with some american companies. there was not Support involve. Eventually, that contract did not goes well, so we removed all such products from our website and since last 1 year we are only selling services which are mentioned currently on our website.

So if I go by your words, if any one selling printers on their website is scam.

if any one selling Google Ads or Google Business or Wordpress Services is a scam.

Every Digital Marketing Agency, provides Services for Google & Website which includes wordpress as well.

Since you have made up your mind, so will post only negative things about my company, You will never see any positive feedback.

Sir, there are many more reviews which we haven’t posted yet.

DO you really think that, A scam company will do such hardwork with their customers just to scam them?

Sir, it’s not that we took money from customer’s pocket and ran away. we are actively engaged and involved with the customers till they are satisfied.

I am sure you will understand that we cannot make everyone happy but still you will never see any single bad review about us on internet.

Sir, i am requesting you again, please remove this thread, since this will completely ruin the reputation of my company which will result in zero. I we are a scammer, its so easy for us to change the company and website and start it again. scammer don’t work on building identity. that’s a basic thing.

It took a lot of efforts and hardwork to reach here. Please reconsider this thread, this can actually lead to kill the entire company.

The title of my original post was changed without my consent.

I do not know if United Software Associates is a scam company.

What I do know, as I posted in my original post, is that the scam website (which has now been taken down, but I posted a screenshot) https://aonehelpdesk.com/printer-setup-main/hp/signup.php impersonated HP with a fake “error” message. I know that when I gave my phone number to aonehelpdesk.com, I was called from 855-808-5508 claiming to be HP support. I was able to call the same number back and reached a scammer impersonating HP support.

So how is it that a legitimate company has the same phone number as a tech support scam? How does that work for the legitimate company, or for the scammers?

I have taken a closer look at the company in question and can confirm that they are, in fact, scammers themselves given the following red flags were seen during my investigation:

  • A prior snapshot of their website from September 3, 2024 indicates that the company, at that time, provided support for routers, printers and antivirus services.
  • A later snapshot from March 1, 2025 confirms that the company has in fact facilitated printer support scams, with the domain asking for the brand of the victims’ printer, the operating system they use and various contact details to “connect with Customer Service.”
    • This also falls in line with their toll-free Telnyx number being used to facilitate an HP printer scam using the domain aonehelpdesk.com, which is confirmed to have gone offline.
  • The employees of the company answering calls to the aforementioned toll-free number under fake American aliases, which the user @UnitedSoftware claims was a “global practice” so every customer understands “they are connected to Indian.”
  • The company also falsely claims to operate out of Dover, Delaware via a well-known registered agent service, yet all of the employees listed on their LinkedIn profile operate out of Delhi and Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
    • This also includes social media specialist Ryan Cooper, who is listed as working for the company remotely from the US, but had previously worked on-site for a completely separate company from Noida.

A lot of the scam organizations we’ve investigated or are looking to investigate have completely separate teams focused on either legitimate work or scamming everyday American citizens. Notable examples of this can be found with

  • DK Business Patron, who had one team facilitate tech support scams and another team doing genuine work by helping other businesses set up on Amazon. Both teams used the same computers at different shifts, though when our friend Jim Browning recorded their company being raided by police, the scam team was doing legitimate work like the genuine team in an attempt to evade arrests.
  • QBS Consulting, LLC, who operated several call centers for legitimate work during the daytime hours and printer and Amazon refund scams during the nighttime.
  • Faremart, a travel agency that also housed a tech support scam operation from a hidden office that could only be accessed from the roof of their office building.

Listen to them whine after getting caught red handed. “Please siwr, we are just trying to operate a legitimate boiler room call center using fake names and addresses to make it easier for the customer.” Fucking retards.
