These individuals seem to be using paid search ads to fraudulently pose as United Airlines reservations: https://business.google.com/website/exceptional-gardeening
The site is run with a buisiness.google domain, and depending on how much heat they seem to be getting, they edit the page to look like some sort of gardening site. This is why I’ve started to archive the changes here: https://archive.is/https://business.google.com/website/exceptional-gardeening
They will make a reservation with United over the phone with you, which leaves them with your CC details, First+Last name, DOB, and United confirmation numbers - everything needed to maliciously alter your reservation in perpetuity if you don’t pay their charge for “taxes+fees” … essentially a ransom.
Once they get notice that your bank has engaged a chargeback, they will screw around with your flight, add unnecessary layovers, and change your departure to a much earlier date. At that point, the victim can only work with the airline to kill the confirmation #s, cancel the flights, and extract monetary value from the reservations to book something totally different that isn’t tied to the corrupted confirmation #s. Pretty nasty phishing scam overall.
