Shall I just send my current email then, yeah?
Yes, send the current one.
Sent.
Enforcement unit?
By the way, here is a very good article about US companies using this form of defense. It is a common tactic to claim that a person was called, as they allegedly “gave their prior written consent by requesting a quote”. It is total bullshit most of the time, but this is how they cover their butts.
Yeah, that’s what they are identified as, at least in in New Jersey, supposedly.
For whatever reason unknown.
Wow, short and sweet.
Nice. I am glad there are still government officials who care.
Your input on what I could say in response as a reason is requested - I wouldn’t want to end up fucking it up now with a dull and poorly phrased reason. Kinda obvious though because of the clear violations etc, but I suppose not to her and the unit bless them lol. I can structure it and then deal with the end, as that’s a clear no, that it’s not been submitted to any other state DOI’s last I checked/recall. @scamterminator2021
Just tell her the truth: They appear to be using foreign-based call centers to engage in illegal robocall campaigns. Such calls have been bothering and harassing the general public, including you personally, in violation of TCPA and TSR. Your telephone number has been on the Federal DNC for several months now, and they still kept calling you despite the fact that they didn’t have your prior written consent (PWC).
When you challenged them directly, your complaint was largely ignored.
Nice job, friend! Send it to her.
Send.
Looks pretty good to me Jeff. Go for it.
I CAN vouch for him.
I know I am brand new here, but I have had Doc’s kit for about 2 years and I have collected over $40,000.00 just by sending the demand letters provided in the kit.
I am also a member of his private forum, and it is the main reason for my great success. I also have about 6 cases pending with attorneys as some of the bigger companies would rather fight, but using Doc’s methods and with the help of the great members of the forum, I have been able to put these cases together and I’ve even written some of the Federal Petitions myself.
It appears the folks here would have even better success, as you are already warmed up on these scums, and when you add Doc’s program into the mix, you have a potent weapon!
The only way to try and stop these calls is to hit them in their bank account, and if they want to continue to harass me, I’m more than happy to take advantage of the TCPA for $500 to $3000 a call, and since I’m in Texas, I can also stack the Texas Business and Commerce Code violations on top of that, for an additional $5000.00 per call.
I recently sent out a demand letter for the 124 calls I received in 18 days for $800,000.00 with both statutes combined. I doubt very much I will get that much, but that’s the potential. Many other States have their own PRA (Private Right of Action) like Florida, Washington State and a few others.
If you want to not only give these dirt bags grief, hit them in their pocketbook and make them pay for all the trouble they put you through, and all the constant harassing phone calls. I have over 12,000 calls documented and recorded, so I am not messing around! If I can’t get them to stop, they are going to have to pay!!
Good luck, and if anyone has any questions, please let me know!
Cheers
RC Bounty Hunter
thanks for that and well done
