When I called this 855 607 0302 from the other thread just a few minutes ago, the guy answered as just Support. I asked him, “Is this Hewlitt Packard Support?” He answered, “Yes, this is HP Support.” So he pretended that they work for HP when of course their phone number has nothin’ to do with HP/Hewlitt Packard.
