The company has a failing grade with the Better Business Bureau, based on several complaints from customers who were unknowingly enrolled for a $49.97 monthly subscription that cannot be cancelled or refunded. These complaints are echoed on the BBB listing for Primal Health, LP., which has a grade of A-.
