UK number on Bob - 0800 368 9316
I know that it costs credits, but I had to have a go at the UK number (0800 368 9316) as normally all of the numbers are American so when this popped up .. I just had to try it out:

I called them and the usual Indian scammer voice greeted me, but at least admitted to being in India on my asking on where they are.
They tried to get remote access stright off the bat, but I had just turned my VM machine off so out of luck. I know that there are those who say that they might be legit Technical Support, but I am very sure by there lack of professionalism (sorry for spelling as its probably wrong) and the usual dumb answers to simple questions show they have absolutely no IT knowledge at all and so no right to be on anyones computer .. even their own.
A quick look on Google for the number shows lots of sites using that number. All the contact details that I have checked are satellite offices in Baker St:
