Dude coming from india. Asking for National Insurance and full contact details and a payment from my mother because ”she was sued by the HMRC UK because she did tax fraud and she HAS to pay 998GBP «right now» or the police will come in 45 minutes to her door”. Unfortunately she gave them her full name, phone number, full address and occupation.

Can anyone give me a good informational video or whatever to show her to not fall again? She didn't pay as i was there and shuted the scammer, but she also gets lots of emails and she already completed ”pay 1GBP to win iPad” scam.
