I accepted an online 9-5 job as an investment support associate at a company called Blockchain-First LTD. Things have been good, I completed my training and sent out the first round of investment proposal letters. Then, I get on LinkedIn and message with another US based employee (in Indiana, my state too). She says she hasn’t seen the salary promised and it’s been two weeks already. She calls and emails and the manager just ignores it, even though she has fulfilled the contract requirements (1 or more investors added upon first 30 days hired). She said he did pay her the 5% commission rate immediately, though.
Has anyone been offered a job there, or worked at the company? I vetted it as much as I could. It is a registered business in the UK, and is recognized by the Crown. The contract we signed looks legit. Neither of us have any contact with anyone outside of one guy, Craig, the manager. The site looks legit. But they found us through indeed, while applying for a data entry position at a place called “Shelter Security,” which I know nothing else about (other than they referred us to the Blockchain-First “HR Department”).
TLDR; Possible UK-based scam breaches contract with US employees, seeking advice and similar stories.
@Axiosrose#156135 THIS IS A SCAM . The only reason I’m even seeing your post is because I got the same email from applying on indeed like yourself. In a nut shell it’s a scam, Reddit search bitcoin job scam. What there doing is Illegal and could possibly get you in trouble as well .
Hello, today marks Friday, September 18th. I have not heard from the investment manager (Craig Bowser) since the end of August. Craig keeps ignoring my messages, emails, and phone calls. I have not been able to log into my work email (WebMail) on the control panel, my messages have been erased for weeks. I have not been able to fulfill my job duties because of that reason. I have attracted my first investor within the first couple of weeks working for BLOCKCHAIN-FIRST LTD. I have not been able to do the processing work to earn my 5%. So therefore I have not have gotten my 8.000$ after the 30days of employment after the training period. Just wondering if you have heard back yet from Craig or anyone else that works for BLOCKCHAIN-FIRST LTD.

Have not been able to get ahold of this company. Finally gave up. I will be reporting them to authorities. Was expected to get $8,000 by the end of September and that did not happen. A month later, in the process of another job, but now I am broke poor. This company deserves to be smothered and drained.
