3:46 pm Central … Saturday, 06-Nov-2021, I called this number and I entered fake information when prompted (social security number, mother’s maiden name, cardholder’s full name as appears on debit card, the 16 digit a/c number of debit card, the expiration date, the pin code for the ATM machine, et cetera), and the automated voice said that the verification process has finished and I never got a human being.
This phone number seems to use the automated system to get what the scammers hope is real debit card info so that they can use that info fraudulently. There is lower overhead in this way compared to hiring scammers to handle the phones and paying for the telephones and the phone number(s).
Seems to accept any dummy info
