On October 18, 2025, my grandmother was to receive a “time-sensitive” letter urging her to call the toll-free Invoca number (877) 423-1236 before the Medicare enrollment period expires on December 7, 2025. The letter also lists the GoDaddy website humana-medicareadvantage.com, which isn’t operated by Humana themselves, but rather TZ Insurance Solutions, LLC, which also does business as “Tranzact” and MG, LLC.
The letter falsely lists their company as operating out of a UPS Store in Fort Lee, New Jersey when they are listed on Google Maps as operating out of the building across the street at 2200 Fletcher Ave 4th floor, Fort Lee, NJ 07024
User complaints on their BBB listing indicate patterns of fraudulent activity, such as:
- Buying and selling consumer information to clients and sending unwanted mailers on their behalf, as well as refusing to accept do-not-contact requests.
- Sending unsolicited cold calls to individuals in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
- Forwarding callers to co-workers who pose as Aetna
- Breaching contract agreements with former employees.
- Operating aetnamedicare.com to fraudulently pose as Aetna representatives
- Fraudulently representing their services on behalf of Kaiser Advantage.
- Sending hundreds of unwanted cold calls to victims whose numbers are on the national do-not-call registry.
- Spoofing local phone numbers in violation of the Truth in Caller ID Act.
On September 7, 2022, the company was sued for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the District of Colorado. The company settled the case on February 3, 2023.
