Two generic "Windows Security Error" Microsoft Technical Support Pop-up Scams

While browsing in IE, looking for a download of a tool in various old forum posts, I came across these two Microsoft Technical Support Scam Pop-ups. I have called both phone numbers within the last 30 minutes, both are working, have no IVR menu to go through and transfer you to an agent quite fast; an agent answering at the second phone number even answered as Microsoft themselves.

I hope they last a decent amount of time, I discovered them two days ago, so if they've survived that long, hopefully they'll stay up for awhile.

I’m sorry, I started calling the first one myself and it seems to be reporting a busy signal now. I didn’t mean to break it so fast, obviously we want them down, but I would like to give others a chance to call them too.
