Additional information about this scam:
They ask you what your provider is based on your remote control. They keep referring to their manager who’s name is Mathew Miller. But I talked to a Daniel to begin with and then a Julia James before they connected me to Mathew.
They will try to get you to send a check or give you a credit card number.
The address they are abusing is a POBOX in Upper Marlboro Maryland which I’ll go and report right now. Have fun!
