I found the number posted, alerting people about a TV scam. This group is allegedly making cold calls about “your TV services” and threatening seniors with shutting off their cable.
I called and they impersonated “Optimum” with me, they demanded payment by way of me giving them an electronic payment with the routing number and account. They were smug, rude and screamed to me that they would have “no problem” shutting off my services.
I can just imagine how they speak to old people
