Earlier today, I was tipped on a YouTube video by our good friend Nanobaiter on an Indian scam call center that facilitated printer tech support scams under the guise of HP, Brother, Epson and Canon, router tech support scams under the guise of Netgear and refund scams under the guise of Norton, McAfee. The company responsible for these scams has been identified as Trionfo IT Services Private Limited, who by day operates the Digital Edge Institute to teach their clients all about digital marketing.
The company operates under the leadership of Pankaj Dhingra (pictured), who also serves as the director for Tathastu Online Web Services Private Limited (DBA “Geek SEO Services”) and JPD Digital India Private Limited, and Awadesh Kumar Verma. Their call center operates from 4th floor, Tower B, ITHUM TOWER, 406, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.
In the span of just 3 years, the scammers have stolen over $1.4 million from over 9,000 victims in the United States

. Their scam was often promoted through fraudulent AdWords campaigns for sites like:
- trionfosoft.com, which has been on our radar since January 5, 2021
- https://dataall.xyz/ (now down)
- wtpmediadrive.com
- mywifietxtguide.com
Nanobaiter (with assistance from HowToDelete2 and the AVAH Outreach Group) has since contacted all of their victims, reported their information to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and shut down their AdSense, PayPal and ZohoAssist accounts.
