The scammers sent a fraudulent green letter to my grandmother earlier today, urging her to renew her nonexistent home warranty whilst fraudulently representing themselves as a lien for her actual bank. The company responsible for these letters has been identified as Trinity Home Advisors, LLC, which operates out of 5061 Democracy Drive, Suite #265, Plano, Texas, 75024-3699 under the leadership of Bryan Connatser and Kirk J. Lanahan (pictured).
The company is currently being reviewed by the Better Business Bureau due to a pattern of complaints regarding:
- Sending fraudulent mailers to recipients who weren’t covered by the company.
- Refusing to cancel subscriptions or offer refunds.
- Refusing to cover as advertised.
The company has also been recently sued by American Home Protect, LLC for breach of contract.
